Shipping Policy
CÜRAA offers shipping to customers within India and to select international locations based on custom requirements. By placing an order through the services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Shipping Methods and Fees
At CÜRAA, we provide free domestic shipping for orders above a certain cart value, and a nominal shipping fee may apply for the rest.
Shipping Timeframes
CÜRAA will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 days of receipt in most cases. It may take anywhere between 5-7 days to deliver within India and between 10-15 days internationally depending on the location. CÜRAA is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Note: Currently, only Masala Dani is eligible for shipping in international orders.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are digital products. Nothing is shipped for a gift card order and no shipping fee applies. Your gift card code is sent on WhatsApp to the number provided at the time of purchase, and is also shown on your order confirmation and order details pages.

Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, address (house/plot no, street, area, landmark, city, state, pincode, etc.), and phone number. CÜRAA is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a WhatsApp notification with the tracking number and a link to check the movement to your delivery destination.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel your order by logging into your account on our website and going to the Order section. From there, you can select the order you wish to cancel, provide the reason for cancellation, and follow the instructions provided.
