Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every CÜRAA gift card bought or redeemed on curaahome.com. By purchasing or redeeming a CÜRAA gift card, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them alongside our Terms of Use, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Buying a Gift Card

Gift cards can be purchased from the Gift Cards page.

Choose an amount, select a design, add a personal message and enter the recipient's WhatsApp number.
Complete the payment just as you would for any other order on our website.
Once your payment is confirmed, a unique gift card code (for example, GCXXXXXXXX) is issued to you.

Denominations

Gift cards are available in fixed denominations of ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000, ₹7,500 and ₹10,000. Custom amounts are not supported.

Receiving Your Gift Card Code

Your gift card code is sent on WhatsApp to the number provided at the time of purchase. The code is also shown on your order confirmation page and under Order Details in the View Orders section. You are free to share the code with anyone you choose.

Validity

Every gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the gift cards page, on your order details and in the WhatsApp message you receive.

The validity of a gift card cannot be extended under any circumstances. Once a gift card has expired it cannot be redeemed, and expired gift cards cannot be extended, reissued, replaced or exchanged for cash or credit.

Redeeming a Gift Card

Enter your gift card code in the gift card section on the Cart page.
The value of the gift card is deducted from your order total.
More than one gift card can be applied to the same order. The value of every gift card applied is added together and deducted from your order total.
Each gift card code can be redeemed only once.

Partial Redemption

If a gift card is redeemed for less than its full value, the original code is disabled and a new gift card code is automatically issued for the remaining balance. For example, if you use ₹3,000 of a ₹5,000 gift card, a fresh code worth ₹2,000 is issued to you.

The same applies when more than one gift card is applied to an order. If the combined value of the gift cards is higher than your order total, the unused balance is issued to you as a new gift card code.

The balance code is sent on WhatsApp and appears on your order confirmation and order details pages. The balance code carries the same expiry date as the original gift card and does not extend the original validity period.

Using Gift Cards with Discount Codes

A gift card code can be applied along with other active discount codes on the same order, such as sale or referral codes.
Regular discount codes can be used while purchasing a gift card. For example, a 10% off code may be applied to a gift card purchase.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Any such attempt will be declined.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders on which a gift card was redeemed

Orders on which a gift card was redeemed can be cancelled in line with our Cancellation Policy. Where a cancellation is accepted:

Any amount paid over and above the gift card value is refunded to the original payment method, as set out in our Refund Policy.
The gift card code is restored and becomes available for use again.
The original expiry date of the gift card remains unchanged and is not extended on account of the cancellation.

Gift card purchases

A purchased gift card cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, and its value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. A gift card is delivered entirely online and has no physical item to ship, and your order is complete the moment your gift card code is issued and sent to you.

General Conditions

Gift cards are valid only on curaahome.com and cannot be redeemed at any other store, marketplace or platform.
Gift cards carry no cash value, are not reloadable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Please treat your gift card code like cash. CÜRAA is not responsible for codes that are lost, shared or used without your permission.
CÜRAA reserves the right to void a gift card code, or to decline a redemption, where we identify fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
These Gift Card Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
