Product Registration
To ensure your product is covered, please register it within 14 days of purchase by completing the online warranty form at https://curaahome.com/warranty-registration. Registering your product enables us to contact you in the unlikely event of a product safety notification. By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood the product usage instructions and warnings.
Warranty Definition & Terms
The warranty for all CÜRAA products begins on the date of purchase and expires at the end of the specified "Warranty Period." The warranty is valid only in India.
If any defect in workmanship or materials occurs during this period, CÜRAA will provide free repair services.
If a repair is not feasible or economical, CÜRAA may opt to replace the product. Replacements are at CÜRAA’s discretion, and the warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
The warranty will be invalid if:
- The purchase document or warranty card is altered in any way.
- Unauthorized repairs have been performed.
- The product has been used commercially or misused beyond normal domestic use.
- The product has been damaged due to pests, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, or accidents.
- The defect is due to normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
- There has been improper maintenance of the appliance.
- If the electric appliances are used or modified beyond the territorial boundaries of India. CÜRAA electric appliances are designed and permitted to be used strictly in India. The warranty is valid only in India.
