Cancellation Policy

At CÜRAA, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy covers a step by step guide on how to initiate cancellations along with the associated terms and conditions.

How to Cancel an Order

Visit the View Orders section under user menu on the top right corner of your screen.

• Click on “Order Details” on the order you want to cancel.
• Scroll down and then click “Cancel Order”.
• Provide reason of cancellation from the drop down.
• Click on “Submit”.

Please note that once the order is shipped, it CANNOT be canceled. From the moment an order is placed, a significant amount of work takes place behind the scenes — including payment processing, order verification, careful picking and packing, coordination with our warehouse team, and scheduling courier pickup and dispatch. If the delivery is refused or not accepted, a flat processing fee of up to Rs. 200/- may be applied.

Processing Time

Cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds (if any) will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases cannot be cancelled. A gift card is delivered entirely online and has no physical item to ship, and your order is complete the moment your gift card code is issued and sent to you.

Orders on which a gift card was redeemed can be cancelled in the usual way described above. Where such a cancellation is accepted:

• Any amount you paid over and above the gift card value is refunded to your original payment method.
• The gift card code is restored and becomes available for use again.
• The original expiry date of the gift card remains unchanged and is not extended.
